Due to increasing competition and the need for efficiency, our client implemented a $150 million tracking system at more than 170 plants nationwide. Foth provided overall program management services for this project.


Tracking assets as they moved from plant to plant required individual identification. A team of more than 60 people was deployed throughout the U.S. to gather data and tag assets. Extensive coordination was also required to manage implementation.


This initiative allowed for increased response time to customers. The system provided asset utilization information that led to an increased use of assets and an overall reduction in losses.
