Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, Municipal Engineering

Ashwaubenon and Foth have a long-term partnership dating back to 1938 when the community was a rural town. Foth has evolved with the village to continually support their growing needs and has provided municipal engineering services to promote, manage and control growth. The village of Ashwaubenon has relied on Foth for support and direction on all aspects of a wide variety of projects requiring: planning, financing, engineering design, and construction administration and observation. The following examples emphasize the benefit of long-term working relationships:

  • As the village quickly urbanized causing a high impact on transportation, Foth has provided planning and  engineering services to meet the increasing traffic needs in residential and commercial areas.
  • Foth planned and designed infrastructure (sewer and  water) systems to meet the growing needs of the residential, retail and industrial development.
  • Foth has been an integral part of one of the most successful Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) districts in the state. The first TIF district, originally planned to retire in 23 years, was paid off and closed in only 12 years. The second district is following the success of the first, with current projections showing retirement 10 years ahead of schedule. The two TIF districts include approximately 2,500 acres.
  • Foth and the village recently worked with the Green Bay Water Utility to expand water transmission and pumping facilities to change water supply from wells to Lake Michigan water.
