• Developed a waste stream security plan that has enabled La Crosse County to exceed its waste delivery goals at the local Xcel Energy waste-to-energy facility. 
• Developed an award-winning community relations program to assist the system in building and maintaining public support for its mission.
• Conducted a comprehensive audit to identify and maintain compliance with state, federal, and local approvals and permits and minimize operations costs.
• Provided high-quality engineering services related to construction of the demolition landfill and the landfill gas collection flare.
