Foth has served as the Program Manager for The Eastern Iowa Airport since 2004. During this period, we have been responsible for all engineering, architectural, and environmental efforts on the airfield. Our projects have involved a wide range of services from planning through construction. Major projects at CID within the last five years have included the total reconstruction of Runway 9/27, the reconstruction of Taxiway A, a new glycol deicing basin, Concourse C remodel, a new Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting facility and an in-line baggage handling system and associated terminal improvements.
As Program Manager, Foth also provides annual environmental compliance services in the development and oversight of the airport's Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPP) Plan, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan , air permitting, training, regulatory negotiations, and best management practices.
Working with CID, Foth has designed over $50M of AIP, PFC, and General Fund improvements within the last five years alone, and we continue to develop innovative quality solutions for the airport.
