The city of Evansville retained Foth to design and administer construction for the street reconstruction and water main replacement on Garfield Street.

Improvements to Garfield Street

Garfield Street was severely deteriorated and in need of replacement. Also, based on a water distribution analysis completed by Foth for the city of Evansville, the water main within Garfield Street was recommended for upsizing to improve capacity and pressure for future growth in the area. Therefore, it made sense to combine these two projects as one construction project.
