Plant Consolidation
A major consumer products company closed two facilities and relocated the manufacturing capabilities to three existing facility. This consolidation required extensive equipment relocation and machine upgrades to increase throughput and efficiency.

- Relocated equipment had to be shoe horned into existing facilities with minimal available floor space.

- Electrical and control systems including cabinets and field devices.
- Designed building additions, footings, catwalks and mezzanines.
- Incorporated additional state-of-the-art packaging and processing equipment into the existing facility.
- Program Management on behalf of the client to manage the schedule, vendors, construction contractors, risk and procurement.
