Foth was honored last week at the New North Summit with an esteemed business award. The New North Workplace Excellence Award recognizes outstanding organizations, in an 18 county region in northeast Wisconsin, that improve their competitive advantage through “people practices” that lead to successful business results.
At the awards ceremony several of Foth’s practices received special mention, including our: consistent commitment to our member employment experience, Professional Career Development Program and professional development opportunities, leadership development program and related activities, internal awards program, and regular member feedback opportunities. The judges were equally impressed with our business results, including our client and member retention rates.
