Foth Hires Victor Linares to Expand Services in Northern California

Foth welcomes Victor Linares as engineering business leader in Northern California. Victor will be responsible for supporting strategic growth initiatives and leading a growing team in the Northern California area. Specifically, he is focused on providing client support with capital project planning and execution processes, and expanding service offerings in the region to solve our clients’ toughest science and engineering challenges.

Victor comes to Foth with 20+ years of technical development and leadership experience in the domestic and international consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Previous roles include a cross-functional career at Kellogg Company and Wonderful Company where he led teams focused on capital portfolio executions, and most recently at Del Monte Foods, Inc. as VP of global engineering and technical services, leading the engineering, EHS, automation and maintenance teams to implement new strategies.

At Foth, Victor’s will apply his extensive knowledge in capital projects and operations to help our CPG partners, specifically in the food and beverage markets, grow and win through the power of engineering and automation.

Victor earned  a mechanical engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo, a master’s degree in manufacturing from the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrrey, as well as a master’s of business administration from the University of Michigan. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family, and is a former triathlete who enjoys traveling and football. His team is the Steelers, however, this Green Bay headquartered company remains optimistic that he’ll have a change of heart.
