Foth Wins Business Ethics Award

Foth recently received a highly-regarded Ethics in Business award sponsored by the American Foundation of Counseling Services (AFCS).  The award is granted annually to a business in northeast Wisconsin that best serves as an ethical role model.  Foth was nominated for the award earlier this year and  recently completed a multi-phase selection process that included a written application, interviews with several clients and business partners, and an interview with a Foth team.

According to Foth CEO Randy Homel, “Our selection is an honor and an acknowledgement of our ethical behavior, our overall commitment to our Core Values and Basic Principles, and our courage to always do the right thing—internally with our members and externally with our business partners and clients.”  The judges made special mention of our internal ethics training, our robust safety program, our commitment to creating a fulfilling employment experience, our willingness to hold our clients to high standards, and our members’ contributions to their communities.
