Foth Announces new Chief Financial Officer

Foth is pleased to announce that Jay Edwards has assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer.  His advancement follows the planned retirement of Howard Bornstein, who will remain on the Board of Directors.  Edwards was selected as Bornstein’s successor in October 2016 and joined Foth as the Director of Finance in December.

As CFO, Edwards will be responsible for the financial direction of all Foth companies, including Foth & Van Dyke, LLC; Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC; Foth Production Solutions, LLC; and Foth Canada Corporation.

Edwards brings more than 20 years of finance and leadership experience working with public and private enterprises, most recently as an audit and business advisory partner with Baker Tilly. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University and is a CPA.

According to Foth CEO, Randy Homel, “We’re excited to welcome Jay into his new role as CFO. I am confident that his extensive experience as a business advisor and financial manager will complement the skills and expertise of our leadership team and contribute to our growth in the coming years.”
