Due to increasing competition and the need for efficiency, our client implemented a $150 million tracking system at more than 170 plants nation-wide. Foth provided overall program management services for this project.
Assets needed to be tracked as they moved from plant to plant requiring individual identification. A team in excess of 60 people was deployed throughout the US to gather data and tag assets. Extensive coordination was required to manage implementation throughout the United States.
This initiative allowed for increased response time to customers. The system provided utilization information allowing for increased use of assets and overall reduction in losses.
